Appliance wattage chart
Running watts are what an appliance draws once it's on. Additional starting watts are the brief extra surge a motor needs to start. Your power station's surge rating has to cover running watts plus that extra.
Source for running/starting watts: LIFAN Power USA, Wattage Reference Chart (PDF) (checked 2026-10-27). Manufacturer estimates. 'Additional starting watts' = extra watts needed momentarily when the motor starts, on top of running watts.

Why charts disagree
These are typical estimates. Other charts list different numbers: GenX Generator, Wattage Reference Chart (PDF) gives a refrigerator/freezer 500 W rated and 2,000 W surge, and it lists total surge rather than additional starting watts. Your appliance's nameplate (or volts × amps) beats any chart.
